STEP 1 — Readiness Evaluation

A 60-minute evaluation (with pre-call intake).

In this call, I evaluate:

This ensures two things:

STEP 2 — Enter the Performance Partnership

The partnership begins with a 5 day, on-site, immersion. This is the starting line, not a separate service.

Once you’re accepted into the partnership, the first phase is a five day immersion.
This immersion is the onboarding experience of the partnership, the deep diagnostic and reset that gives us an accurate read on your entire operating system.

All immersions take place in your environment, allowing me to observe how your system operates under real-world conditions without requiring additional travel or logistics on your end.

This proximity makes subtle patterns immediately visible and allows for precise adjustments in real time. What might take months to surface remotely often becomes visible in hours.

During the immersion, I evaluate:

Your Physiology
HRV, recovery, autonomic patterns, sensory load, sleep rhythms, stress reactivity.

The immersion produces your Performance Blueprint, which guides the next 6–12 months of work.

Step 3 — Ongoing Performance Partnership (6–12 Months)

The blueprint sets the baseline. The long-term work creates the transformation.

After the initial immersion, we move into high-touch, precision performance training inside the partnership.

This includes:

  • weekly or biweekly precision sessions

  • physiology + readiness tracking

  • nervous system recalibration

  • biomechanics + movement protocols

  • breath + sensory inputs

  • cognitive clarity + execution strategies

  • nutritional fine-tuning

  • performance rhythm mapping

At varying intervals during our partnership, additional 3-4 day immersions are integrated to recalibrate, refine, and advance the system as demands evolve.

The amount and timing of these are dependent on the duration of our work together.

It’s a systems-level assessment that gives you a clear, data-informed picture of how your body handles stress, load, recovery, and decision-making — and what would need to change to operate at a higher level.

Over 30 days, I evaluate:

You’ll receive a clear performance snapshot , identifying:

How This Assessment Relates to the Performance Partnership

If, after the assessment, we decide there’s strong alignment for long-term work, you’ll have the option to move into the Performance Partnership.

In that case:

  • the partnership still begins with the in-person immersion

  • and $600 of the assessment investment is applied toward your first month of the ongoing partnership

My work integrates neurobiology, movement science, recovery, stress physiology, and high-pressure decision-making into one precise approach. For twenty-five years I’ve studied how humans operate under demand, beginning in psychology and expanding into the mechanics of clarity, resilience, and peak execution.

My depth comes from tens of thousands of hours working directly with bodies and nervous systems in real-world, high-pressure environments. Gyms, movement labs, performance settings, somatic clinics, and the unpredictable situations life creates. Alongside that work, I have spent years building and leading businesses, which gave me firsthand experience with the physiological and psychological demands high performers face.

I’m not a mindset coach.
